The order was: consultation with the director, consultation with the coordinator, then the surgery fee and surgery schedule. I had planned to book a follow-up consultation because I had additional questions, then come back after the second consultation to pay, but the things they said during the first consultation and the follow-up consultation were a bit different, so I did not make the payment. Also, for some reason, after the follow-up consultation I started wondering whether communication would really go smoothly. Finding the right place for eye revision surgery is harder than I expected.
