It's been about 2 years since my surgery. No matter what I did, my upper arm fat would not come off, so I made up my mind and had surgery, and my arm line looks so beautiful now that I do not feel self-conscious wearing sleeveless tops anymore. I was worried about bio-bond, but after a few months it softened completely. Because I had surgery far from home, I stopped going for follow-up care halfway through, but even so I did not get bio-bond and the scar also faded well. The abdominal scar is still there, though. That is because I did not go for follow-up care very diligently, and there was nothing I could do about it.
