Thanks to the surgeon, the one-sided double eyelid that had loosened got fixed well. They said there would be almost no swelling, and there really was none. They also confidently said that with their special method it would absolutely not loosen, and that is true. Usually with buried sutures, as time passes they are bound to loosen, but the eye I had done here has held up perfectly even though it is almost 3 years now. Because of that, the eye I did not have surgery on has gradually loosened over time and now looks a bit asymmetrical. I need to book a date quickly and get a one-eye revision again.
