Because I have a large amount of strong septal cartilage, it would be a waste to use costal cartilage, and there is no need to use it. (Among the hospitals I visited, they praised and emphasized the septal cartilage the most.) They said the amount of septal cartilage was sufficient, so there was no need to use donor rib cartilage or any external material.
