I was looking for a place that could lift the tip of my nose as much as possible within the limits of what my skin could allow, and this was one of the places I was recommended. I had heard that Director Kim had been doing many revision surgeries for a long time. At first, he set it in a somewhat refined-looking style, but when I said I wanted something more glamorous, he re-shaped the line, and he seems good at a glamorous look too. Here, they said they would replace the silicone, but that septal cartilage and ear cartilage alone would be enough. They said they could use rib cartilage if I wanted, but I think it is unnecessary.
