I had my first surgery on an inflamed nose and had it done without implants, but I am now looking into a tertiary hospital because of an unexpected issue with nostril asymmetry and the columella being pulled to one side. I had thought the symmetry would at least be adjusted by default.. Before surgery, they did not even bring it up, and for the nostril surgery they did not say a word about correcting symmetry, but they put in cartilage, and the area with the cartilage looks even lower.. It just made my nostrils look triangle and square.. sigh, I need to look into it more
