Since last year, I had been doing a great deal of research and deliberating, and then learned that an acquaintance had theirs done at Coshop and that it turned out very well, so I had a consultation. The surgeon's consultation ended more simply than expected; overall, it was a format where they took questions about what I was curious about. The main thing I wanted was correction of my drooping nasal tip, so I mentioned that. They held something like a ruler against my nose a few times and asked whether I wanted a natural or a more dramatic look.
