At first, the word surgery itself was scary, so I was very worried, but the director carefully examined the structure of my face and explained in an easy-to-understand way which areas would be good to improve, which reassured me. Rather than pushing surgery unconditionally, they realistically talked about directions that would suit my face, which made me trust them
