It was my first surgery, so I was worried because I didn’t know anything, but both the director and the coordinator were very kind and comfortable in their consultation without pushing anything too much. The director personally adjusted the eye design several times and recommended a line that suited me best and looked the most natural. I liked how they explained in an easy-to-understand way why this surgery was needed and how I would feel differently afterward. The hospital facilities were clean, and the coordinator didn’t have that salesy feel either
