In the consultation here, the director pointed out an abnormal finding, saying it seemed like there was something from a previous loosening on my left eye. I have thick, abundant eyelid tissue, and unlike other hospitals, he said that just removing fat from the eyelid would improve it but would make it hard to expect a dramatic big effect. But that honesty actually felt better. The line he drew was natural, and both he and the manager said this hospital aims for a natural look.
