This was my first hospital, and the doctor showed me a lot of photos and analyzed the before-and-after difference, which helped me get a good overall sense of the shape. He was fairly negative about using costal cartilage and said that the septum and ear cartilage would be enough, which was the surgeon’s opinion. The consultation was quite long, so I was able to ask about many different things. One thing was that my nose is a little crooked, but the doctor said improving that would be difficult, so my expectations were a bit low when I went ahead with the surgery.
