1 month after no-implant long nose surgery!

It has been a month since my no-implant nose surgery at Obli Plastic Surgery! I took the packing out, removed the splint, got the stitches out, and spent all day looking in the mirror... before I knew it, a whole month had already passed lol. For the tip, they used ear cartilage and septal cartilage, and for the bridge they shaved down the hump a little, then used autologous dermis and osteotomy. Because of the osteotomy I was pretty swollen, but the major swelling mostly went down after about two weeks, and from then on it looked pretty natural. Now at four weeks, there is still some minor swelling, and they said it is still settling, so I need to be careful, but it looks natural enough that other people would not notice. The only discomfort now is that when I lie on my side and the ear on the cartilage-harvest side gets pressed, it feels a little numb and tingly. Other than that, there is not much discomfort left, but they said the ear will probably be fine after about three months. More than anything, I wanted to avoid a pointy, flashy nose. I asked them to make the tip round like Hae-rin from NewJeans, and they made it exactly the way I wanted, so I am really satisfied..! And my biggest concern was my droopy tip, so honestly I was not that interested in the bridge either way, but even without silicone the bridge came out so smooth that it feels surprising. Director Kim Daalm.... honestly I feel like I want to adopt you as my father and even change my surname.....!!! Your aesthetic sense is really good, you are meticulous, and your explanations and surgical plan are extremely systematic. You really secured the structure of the tip itself so it feels like it will never droop over time... The manager was also very gentle, which I liked, and every time I went for follow-up and treatment, the hospital was quiet and well organized, so it was comfortable! As I write this, it sounds like I only have good things to say... I think this is the best decision I made this year, to the point that there are no downsides at all But the important thing is that the director's style matched the look I wanted, so I got a result I am happy with. When you decide on a hospital, make sure you compare whether the nose shape you want matches the hospital's review photos well before choosing!!
