The doctor was really kind and took the pros and cons of my face into account during the consultation. They recommended surgery while considering the overall proportions. Many people say they seem to like buccal fat liposuction, and the manager may also recommend it, but the doctor didn't especially recommend it right away. It seemed like it would be unnecessary. Since my cheekbones seem like they would have a lot of effect, I plan to just do the thing I was worried about first and then later, if it turns out to be needed
