I went to get nasolabial fold filler, and the doctor said I had facial asymmetry and needed a larger amount on one side. Since they are a professional, I trusted them and went ahead. At first I thought it was fine, but as time passed the area next to my nose started to look increasingly unnatural and bulged out, and my face line also looked awkward when I smiled. I thought it was just swelling, but it stayed the same even after years, and it even started to make my nose look lifted. I was stressed, so in the end I dissolved it all. I regret wondering what would have happened if I had not put in so much from the start. I did not know back then, but I think how filler changes over time is really important. Now I think natural is the most important thing.
