If you want to slightly raise only the tip of the nose rather than improve the whole nose, this is a decent surgery. Especially, there's almost no swelling, and only the tip of the nose stays round and red for about 4 or 5 days. It's manageable without taking leave from work, and the swelling was less than with a thread nose lift. Honestly, the effect is something you really notice from the side? If you have the time, a full nose surgery is still the answer, but if you don't have the time and only the tip seems to be the problem, it's not a bad surgery. So it's probably better for women than men.
