I liked that I could get an appointment faster than other places. I heard the waiting time would be long, but even so, after going there, filling out the intake form, and taking photos, I had a consultation with manager 1. It wasn't anything major; they just asked what I wanted done, whether I had come from any other hospitals, and then after a brief talk I waited and had a consultation with the doctor. While explaining, the doctor kept touching under my eyes in a flash with a cotton swab. It felt like some kind of cotton-swab magician... Manager 2 was standing behind during the doctor's explanation. After the doctor finished explaining, I had another consultation with manager 2, who explained the review event.
