Honestly, correcting a bulbous nose seems like a difficult surgery method. Cartilage tying + hump shaving + hooked-nose correction + nostril slimming + columella reduction + stitch removal. I also had cartilage tying done for bulbous nose correction, but it doesn’t feel like things changed much from before? The tip also feels more like it was just brought up naturally, unlike the higher, more refined look I was expecting. The hump improvement is visible, at least. I’m not really sure about the columella reduction.. did it even change? I’m really just a tiny bit concerned
