I'm someone who also had thread lifting at the same time, and it was emotionally very hard for me, but the nose surgery is a total recommendation. Once the swelling went down, it rose naturally and nicely. It was a revision rhinoplasty, and before that the silicone in my nose looked too high, making my nose look long, so I removed it and had only the lower part supported with autologous costal cartilage. It looks better now and I'm satisfied. The director's aesthetic sense for noses is the best. Thread lifting would probably be emotionally hard no matter where you do it Please look into it carefully. I'm satisfied now.. the ugly phase lasts a really long time
