I had seen a lot of real, honest reviews, and I also had a friend who had a successful surgery plus an acquaintance of an acquaintance, so I had already decided this was a place I needed to visit, and I booked a consultation. The director was better than I expected from what I’d heard, and he explained why my eyes looked like sausages by showing me the position of the brow bone, so I definitely felt the detail and consultation expertise were strong. The consultation time was short compared to how long I waited, but since nothing was left out and I could ask everything and get explanations, it was fine overall and all that.
