Before facial liposuction, they did an ultrasound exam and showed me directly on the monitor how much fat and how much muscle I had in my face, then judged whether this was a problem that could be solved with liposuction or whether, instead of liposuction, it should be addressed through another surgery or procedure. In my case, when they looked at my facial fat, there wasn’t that much, so they told me at first that I wouldn’t see a big effect.
