It's a specialty clinic for facelifts, not a private clinic. I visited the hospital because I wanted to get rid of the sagging chin fat caused by age. When I went there, I saw a lot of people in older age groups. Because of my age, a full facelift felt too burdensome, so I wanted a mini facelift plus liposuction. Here, the mini facelift doesn't stop in front of the ear; it continues behind the ear. It seems similar to what other hospitals call a half facelift.
If you've had fillers, thread lifting, fat grafting, or liposuction on your face, you have to disclose that in advance, and depending on that, there may be extra costs for removing foreign material. They said liposuction is done together with the facelift, but fat grafting is only possible after surgery and costs extra. And they honestly said that nasolabial folds and marionette lines are difficult to improve with a facelift. Why do other facelift clinics say it's possible;;;; Are they just covering everything with fat grafting, filler, or thread lifting? Then why remove foreign material and why fill it again? Anyway, the nasolabial folds are also a pretty big concern for me, so deciding is taking a lot of thought. I do want to go to a doctor who does a full facelift, but the price difference is pretty big.
