I was looking for a dermatologist near my house and just booked because it was close. I went for acne marks, pores, melasma, and lifting. The first thing they do when you go in is take skin photos, and they explain your facial condition in quite a lot of detail. They explained my skin condition and which parts were the problem, so it was easy to understand. I had several skin concerns, but it was nice that I could get different treatments in one visit. The procedure also moved faster than I expected, and there was almost no waiting, so it was comfortable. Honestly, the facility didn’t feel especially ultra-modern or luxurious...
But the staff and doctors were really kind, so the overall satisfaction was high. If I had questions, they explained things well and responded kindly, so I felt comfortable the whole time. More than anything, I liked that they looked at my skin condition and consulted mainly on the areas that needed it, and helped me manage multiple concerns at once.
