The consultation manager was really bad. The deposit was on the high side, and there was strong pressure to pay it on the same day, and they kept speaking casually to me while bringing up my age and experience, which didn’t feel good. The consultation with the director was quite kind, gentle, thorough, and informative, so that part was good. It felt like it was compared with a big hospital consultation. They had pride in the fact that they had long experience. And hearing that they had worked in one place for a long time made me very trusting. But the consultation manager was so disappointing that I’m torn
