The wait was long, and the consultation with the surgeon came before the manager consultation, so that part was good. I had seen on YouTube that he seemed to give good consultations, so this was the first place I booked and went to, but YouTube is YouTube.. He does look closely and carefully, but he is absolutely not the kind of person who explains things kindly. It’s different from the videos. He explains on his own while looking at the CT images, and if I ask again because I don’t understand, he asks back whether I actually listened to what he said. And he keeps using informal speech when explaining. The hospital itself seems neat and nice, but.. it wasn’t the kind of consultation that made me want to go ahead with surgery.
