When I made the hospital reservation, the staff were kind on the phone, and they were also very kind in person. When I went at my reserved time, I could go in almost right away without waiting. It did not feel like a polished service from a large hospital, but more like the comfortable feeling of an aunt or older sister. The director was also very kind, and I wanted to give not 5 stars but 10. He really felt like my dad. He listened to everything I was worried about, and I also asked about something another hospital had recommended. He explained the reasons and told me that it was not necessary and that I only needed double eyelid surgery.
