I was stressed about my sausage-like line, so through introductions from close influencer acquaintances, I got connected to a doctor who is good at revision eyelid surgery and came in for a consultation. I also looked up reviews, and there seemed to be a lot of real reviews with swelling and bruising rather than edited photos, so that eased some of my doubts. I roughly looked into the clinic's pros and cons before going, and because the waiting time had already been explained when I booked, writing the chart, taking photos, and browsing Instagram did not feel that hard. I had thought my eyes needed a two-line double eyelid fold, but the doctor said it was not actually a case for that, and that releasing the line and resetting it was more important, and above all, minimizing scarring would be the key point. From the start, the doctor seemed like someone who would not operate recklessly, and I liked that they matched my aesthetic goals well and told me immediately what was and was not possible.
