My previous eyes had already been through double eyelid surgery plus ptosis correction twice. For some reason, they said that over time the strength of the muscle that opens the eyes had weakened. During the consultation, they checked the adhesion area and muscles with an ultrasound machine and carefully reviewed even the photos I brought with me to diagnose my current condition. However, regarding the revision method, I heard that during ptosis correction they might also need to tie in the Müller muscle, and that there would be excision involved, so I felt the approach was not particularly conservative and excluded it. I think it would be good to keep this in mind
