I visited three or four places, and this was the only one that recommended ear cartilage + septal cartilage instead of autologous rib cartilage for the tip of the nose. Also, it wasn’t just “everything is possible, it will work” but they carefully asked about the reasons I wanted surgery and the parts I wanted corrected, then explained each point in detail. They were very conservative in what they said, so if you want honesty, I recommend getting a consultation! My chin sticks out a bit, so I thought raising the nose would make that look better, but even though the doctor usually doesn’t do chin surgery, she didn’t just say “your nose will be fine~” she said that if I wanted to correct the parts I care about, it would be better to do both the chin and the nose, but with the nose alone she couldn’t fully compensate for everything. However, since it seemed like that wasn’t what I wanted, she told me to do the nose first, and if I still wanted correction after that, think about it then. If you really want to know what you need, go get a consultation!
