This was a hospital I liked quite a lot, enough that I even went back for a second consultation. It was a busy period lately, so even though I had booked in advance, I still waited an hour before being seen. But during the consultation, they explained professionally and in detail the parts I was worried about, which built trust and made me feel reassured. I had gone there for a consultation about nose revision because the doctor was famous for nose surgery a few years ago. There was no pushy sales pitch, and they only mentioned what was really necessary. Not extremely friendly, but not unfriendly either... Still, there were some bad reviews, so I am pretty worried.
