This was the first time I had ever experienced a hospital wait this bad... There were not even that many people, but on the phone they told me there would probably be about a 30-minute wait, so I went prepared for that, but after waiting around 40 minutes, the patients waiting beside me started getting angry in the lobby... and only then did a staff member come around asking if we wanted a drink, which felt a bit off... Anyway, I went earlier than my appointment time, but the total wait was about an hour and a half! I think others would be better off going when they have plenty of time.
