From the moment I entered the hospital, the staff welcomed me warmly, so a lot of my tension eased, and I was able to get the procedure in a comfortable atmosphere overall. The doctor also gave me a very thorough consultation, checked the condition of my shoulders, and explained in detail how the procedure would be done, which made me trust them. The procedure itself finished faster than I expected, and the pain was at a tolerable level, so it was not burdensome. The doctor's hands were so delicate that the procedure felt much more comfortable than I had expected, and they kept checking my condition during it, which was reassuring. The hospital was clean and all the staff were kind, so even though it was my first visit, I left feeling good. I was satisfied with both the skill and the service, so if I ever need trap botox or another procedure again, I would come back to this hospital. It is a hospital I would confidently recommend to people around me.
