I had my first nose surgery with Dr. Jo Yong-jin at Top Tier, and because my nose was small, he said that if we raised it too much, my face would look longer, so he recommended only 1 to 2 mm of silicone and donor rib cartilage. In my opinion, we are not using or adding that much, and 500 for donor and 600 for autologous feels too expensive I had not made a final decision, but I do think the consultation was fairly conscientious? Still, maybe the doctor is naturally blunt or maybe because it was my first clinic, but he felt a little scary. And he seems to have his own strong preferences! I went because it was famous for a natural look, but he recommended something extremely natural
