The facilities were clean, the staff at the counter were rude, but the consultation manager was very kind. The nurse was also very kind, and the atmosphere inside seemed good? There was no doctor consultation, so it felt like a factory-style clinic. I originally planned to get jaw Botox too, but when I told them how long ago I had gotten it before, the manager said it would be better to do it next time ~~ and gave me a recommendation/no-recommendation. I wish the counter staff were a bit kinder. It was my first time there, and they just stared at me without any guidance or even saying anything, so that felt a bit off.. Overall, it seems average?
