Cheekbone Surgery Reviews

One month after jaw angle + cheekbone surgery, no touch-up, honest review

Hello, after deliberation for several years over jaw angle and cheekbone surgery, I finally went ahead with the operation. Today is one month after surgery! I visited about four clinics for consultations, and during the consultation, Dr. Bodeoni felt the most trustworthy and seemed very confident, which I also liked. The reason I ultimately chose them was that, during the consultation, they considered the balance of my facial features more carefully than other hospitals and explained things in great detail. I asked a lot of questions, but they answered well without showing any annoyance. The surgery was done under sedation anesthesia, and as the doctor said, I really do think recovery is fast! The first day was painful and stiff, and even sleeping sitting up was hard On day 3, the bruising was worst and I also had discoloration. Now there are 거의 no bruises on my face, but it is still bumpy and swollen, so I go for a two-hour walk at night. I wanted to keep a record by week, so I took photos up to day 10, and looking back now, even accounting for swelling, it feels like my face shape changed completely, which is so amazing. I don’t have a cucumber-shaped face, but because I’m not good at taking photos, I came out looking longer than I really am haha My midface is shorter than in the photos! I wish I had done the surgery sooner. It feels so wasted that I spent years just worrying about it... There is only one doctor there, and the surgery price was fixed, so it was expensive, but I chose Bodeoni because I wanted to finish everything with the first surgery without needing revision contouring, and I have no regrets. When I went in for swelling management, I also checked the full CCTV footage. If anyone has tips for reducing swelling quickly, please share them in the comments~~~
