I got lip filler for the first time at a cheap price. I did not show any photos, just explained it verbally only (mainly for horizontal widening and the upper lip). There was no consultation with a manager; the doctor performed the procedure right away. My lips are really very small.. so rather than putting in a lot at once, they said it would be better to do it little by little several times to gradually shape it the way I want. That seems right.
