During the consultation, after I explained my concerns, they only told me, “You should get this done,” without explaining a specific estimate, and said the promotional price for this month would end soon so I should prepay. But they never told me the actual amount, so it wasn’t clear what procedure I was even getting. The doctor said during the procedure, “Since this is an event promotion procedure, it may not be effective.” To make a decision, I needed a clear explanation of the exact concern area, the number of shots needed, and the cost, so I could say, “Then I’ll do it this way.” But there was no explanation like that at all. Also, I asked them to make a reservation, but when I visited the following week, nothing had been booked, and the director was unfriendly and their handling of things was poor.
