I went for a consultation because it seemed famous for revision nose surgery~ The director checked my skin condition, the inside of my nose, and the structure in detail. I said I wanted a round nasal tip, a slightly higher glabella height, and the nostrils to be made much smaller. They calculated my facial proportions and even drew diagrams to explain why doing that would look unnatural, and what functional side effects could also happen. My nose is a bit crooked, so I said I wanted to fix that too, but while it is true that my nose is not perfectly straight, they said correcting it would require an osteotomy and changing the nose position itself, and that it is not such a bad shape that it needs such a major operation. So they did not recommend an additional surgery. It was a consultation that felt trustworthy because they were not just trying to reproduce exactly the shape I wanted, but were advising against unnecessary or potentially harmful surgery from a specialist's point of view. I got a rough idea of how my revision should be done. I still have other hospitals booked for consultations, but the manager also gave me a business card and said to take my time, consult all of them first, and contact them only after deciding carefully since it is a revision surgery. Maybe because they do a lot of revision cases, it felt comfortable to consult here. If I cannot find another hospital that explains revision methods as thoroughly and realistically as here, I think I will get my revision surgery from Dr. Song~ This is a hospital I would recommend to people who want a natural-looking revision.
