Honestly, I had been wanting a natural nose revision for years, so this was a hospital I had been steadily following. These days it seems like they've become famous, so it felt busy. The consultation went on for more than 30 minutes, but the same points were repeated, and because they're known for natural nose surgery, the approach felt rather standardized. No septal extension, use ear cartilage, and so on. They didn't really explain how the line of my nose would change. I already know what the problems are and what surgical methods exist since I've had nose surgery twice, but it felt like they were only telling me things I already knew. I couldn't tell whether they were really giving me a treatment plan suited to my nose or just talking about the usual standardized, comfortable method they always use. And my nose used to be made so high that my mouth looked protruded, but they said that by raising the nose, the mouth would actually look less cramped. That made them seem like they didn't fully understand. I look at the before-and-after photos and the line is exactly my style, but the feeling during the consultation wasn't there, so I'm conflicted.
