The doctor reviewed my CT scan in detail and explained thoroughly, step by step, the condition of my nose and which surgical methods would be appropriate for that condition, which inspired confidence. They were very kind, and when I asked for another explanation, they explained well without showing any annoyance. They explained difficult parts in an easy-to-understand way, so it was a satisfying consultation. I also liked that they did not pressure me and allowed me to decide for myself about areas that were not absolutely necessary.
