The staff guided me kindly as soon as I walked into the clinic, so my first impression was good. The waiting time was a little long, but it passed quickly while I filled out the questionnaire and had photos taken. In the consultation room, the manager first looked at my overall facial balance and asked which parts were bothering me, and it was a little surprising that they noticed some things even before I said them. The explanation was quite detailed, and I liked that they were realistic about whether the things I was worried about were possible. It was not the kind of place that says, “Do this and you will definitely look prettier,” but instead they explained the pros and cons together, which made me trust them. The consultation with the director was also calm, and he only pointed out the things that were necessary, so it did not feel burdensome. The price was within my expected range, and there were events and discounts, but they did not pressure me into making a quick decision because of them. They did suggest making a reservation that day, but they said I could think about it and contact them later, which was comfortable. Overall, the consultation atmosphere was relaxed, the explanation was detailed, and there was no aggressive sales pressure, so I was satisfied with the consultation itself. I am currently comparing it with other clinics before deciding.
