Eye Surgery Considerations

Irumi review from the community

First of all, the clinic atmosphere was clean, and there were more people than I expected. The wait time was a little long, but not to the point of being boring, and the staff kept helping, so it wasn't uncomfortable. When I went into the consultation room, the manager first asked what my overall facial concerns were, then took photos and explained everything one by one. It didn't feel pushy at all, and they only talked about the areas I was worried about, so that was good. Instead of a "you absolutely have to do this" vibe, they gave me several options, which actually made me think about it more. I also had a consultation with the director, and the tone was calm and realistic, so I did feel a sense of trust. They weren't the type to push me by showing exaggerated before-and-after photos; they explained what was possible and what wasn't. The cost was a little higher than I expected, but they explained the reasons and the process along with it, so it didn't just feel expensive, it felt more like, "Oh, so that's why." There was encouragement to book on the same day, but not to a stressful degree, just more like they asked me to think about it and contact them later. Overall: the atmosphere was comfortable, the consultation was detailed, there wasn't any excessive pushing, but I did feel that I had to make the final choice myself. I was satisfied with the consultation itself, and I want to compare a bit more before deciding.
