I had dry eyes even before surgery, but they got a little worse after the operation, and my vision has still stayed the same. When I work, I have to look at the computer for long periods, so I wear blue-light-blocking glasses to protect my eyes. That way I can feel that the dryness and fatigue are less. The dry eyes are especially bad when I wake up in the morning Still, my astigmatism and vision correction were done well, so I don't regret getting LASIK.
