I have super severe myopia, so I first booked a hospital consultation, and if you are thinking about ICL in advance, whether you are considering LASIK or LASEK, I recommend getting a consultation early. Because of the dilation drops, even getting examined just once a day takes a long time. Also, the lenses are imported, so it takes a surprising amount of time. And if you also have astigmatism, I recommend an ICL for astigmatism. Don’t even look at places that recommend other lenses.
