LASIK from 20 years ago

I had surgery right after graduating from university. With minus 6 to 7 diopters, without lenses I was like a blind person with open eyes. After wearing lenses for four years, my eyes got dry and I had to throw the lenses up. It was a factory-style setup: anesthesia, lying down in a row, and going in one by one. After doing one eye, the doctor stormed out angrily for some reason. While waiting, the anesthesia wore off and it hurt, so I kept grimacing. I was young, so I endured without being able to say a word, and when I came out I saw that the conjunctiva that had been shaved down and covered again was crumpled. Another doctor straightened it out again and covered it back. Dry eyes, burning eyes, and light halos are severe. I have a job that uses my eyes a lot, so the floaters became severe. Fortunately, my vision came out at 1.0. I often thought the eye surgery had gone wrong, but I had high myopia, and it was better than not having done it. Still, if the doctor had not stormed out in the middle and come back to continue, I wonder whether the result might have been better ...
