This is what I always say to my friends who wear glasses after getting LASEK. My original prescription was -4.75, and now I get 1.2... so happy! I had worn glasses for almost 15 years since elementary school, but now I cannot stand wearing them because they are uncomfortable! It has been about a year and a half now, and there is no glare at all, so I am very satisfied. The only thing is that if I do not sleep enough, my eyes feel a bit dry the next day. But that gets fixed right away with artificial tears, so I do not think it is really a problem. I also love that the clinic is not run like a factory.
