**This is a surgery review of a procedure performed on the first day of the 2025 Chuseok holiday (when the hospital was at its busiest). Please take it as one person's experience!** It was the first day of the holiday, so there were really a lot of people. (= The wait was long and all the tests moved very quickly.) The optometrists were all kind! They said my eyes could do both LASIK and LASEK, so I chose LASIK (I did not want pain) After the tests, the waiting time before surgery was really long. The operating room was even busier. As soon as my name was called and I sat in the pre-op waiting room? they put in anesthetic eye drops right away. The moment the drops went in they said, This is the anesthesia~ and I was flustered,, Then I lay down in the operating room and the surgery started right away. I did not even get to see the doctor's face.. I do not even know who it was.. The surgery ended in about 5 minutes, and for exactly 2 hours afterward it hurt like crazy, but after 2 hours it gradually got better. My eyes were extremely dry for about a month, but now they are not dry at all. As for driving, during the first 2 weeks the glare was so bad that it was hard to drive at night. Conclusion: I was surprised it felt so factory-like on the day of surgery, but I am satisfied with the results..
