5-year Smile LASIK review

I had it done 5 years ago at a hospital in Gangnam (I can't remember the name). I have a bit of dry eye, but since I'm oily and secrete a lot of oil, I can get by without artificial tears. I do have some glare, but I don't really feel it much. Right after surgery, my vision was 1.2~0.9, and now I think both eyes are around 0.9. But when my eyes are moist, my vision is even better, and when they're dry, it comes out around that level. The downside is that when I wore glasses, the prescription for astigmatism was included, so I didn't really feel I had astigmatism, but after LASIK I feel the astigmatism very strongly and my eyes feel out of focus. I probably need astigmatism glasses, but I got LASIK because I didn't want to wear glasses, so I'm just living with the unfocused feeling. It's not enough to interfere with daily life, but my focus feels a little off, so I have to strain my eyes a bit to look. Still, I hated wearing glasses so much that even when my vision was 0.1, I didn't wear them and just went around with blurry vision, so maybe that's why I'm still insanely satisfied. The surgery didn't hurt, but I remember the doctor scolding me the whole time not to roll my eyes lol. Once the anesthesia wore off, it just felt like I had touched an onion and rubbed my eyes, but it was fine starting the next day. Since I'm so satisfied, my younger sibling keeps asking which hospital it was because they want LASIK too, but I seriously can't remember... Is there a way to view the records from the hospital where I had this surgery? I checked my medical records, but the year when I had LASIK is so old that it doesn't show up... If I remember the hospital, I'll update this.
