Not cosmetic surgery, but I’ll still leave a review

About 3 years ago?? Another eye clinic told me I was right at the cutoff for being able to get LASIK, and recommended lens implantation instead. Back then it was around 5 million won. I was preparing for a job search and kept watching lectures and other screens, so I put off vision correction surgery and just kept living as I was. Then at some point, even though I wasn’t spending such long hours on screens, if I wore contacts and went out, my eyes would get so dry, and that would even lead to headaches. I started thinking that if I was going to have surgery, I should do it while I’m still young enough to benefit from this clear vision. So I looked for a place in Busan that was famous for lens implantation. If you know hospitals famous for lens implantation in the Gyeongnam and Busan area, you probably know this one right away. I had the surgery with the director who only operates on certain days of the week there, and it’s been over 3 months now and I am sooo satisfied First of all, the surgery time felt like about 15 minutes?? It was simple and ended quickly, but the waiting time for post-op checks seemed quite long, more than an hour. Right after surgery I could see clearly, which was so amazing that I even read the text on the box. Then my eyes gradually filled with tears, my vision became cloudy, and I felt a kind of stinging? sensation, so I only got to enjoy that for a very short time. On the way home, sunglasses are a must!! The light was so overwhelming If my dad hadn’t come to pick me up, I would have struggled I also closed the curtains immediately when I got home. It wasn’t just sunlight, it felt almost like a nuclear bomb had dropped because everything was so bright. That day it would have been better not to watch TV, but I did peek from far away and the TV screen felt way too bright too. For about 3 days after that, since I had to avoid pressure and bright light, I didn’t lift anything heavy and took it easy~ Oh, and I threw away my glasses and contacts as soon as I got home The only reason I had hesitated about surgery was the cost, and now I regret hesitating. The world where I had to put on glasses first thing in the morning just to see in front of me is over now. I feel so relieved, and I’m thinking I need to take good care of my eyes until old age finally brings age-related changes. It really feels like I found the light again. If you’re hesitating, I recommend doing it as early as possible while you’re still a year younger~~~~
