Hello. It has now been three months since my bimaxillary surgery and contouring procedures 2 types (square jaw, chin), and I am truly satisfied and doing well! Before surgery, I had a mild underbite, a long face shape, and malocclusion, so I almost always wore a mask as if I had been born with one. I hated how my jaw twisted when I smiled, and I also disliked photos taken by other people, so once I became an adult, I set bimaxillary surgery as my goal. After a lot of consultations and research, I found this clinic! The first month after surgery was really just about hunger. My face did not hurt or anything like that, but I was just unbelievably hungry, and that was the hardest part T_T Other than that, I do not think I had a particularly hard time. In the second month, they said I could do chewing movements up to the texture of rice, so I ate rice and Spam, and it was so, so, so, so delicious T_T I learned what the happiness of eating feels like. Even in the second month, meat was still a little hard to eat, so I could not really eat it, but now in the third month I still think I need to do more mouth exercises to increase my opening, but I can eat hamburgers and fried chicken and eat well! And the swelling has gone down even more than it had at one month. Now that I am in the third month, I realize I was not even really looking like a person in the second month either lol lol lol I was like, this is how much more it goes down? They say bimaxillary surgery is really a fight with swelling, and I am feeling that these days! Every time I look at my smaller lower face, my tucked-in chin, and my face shape, it feels so unreal. I have started meeting friends again slowly, and they keep saying my face got really small and that my side profile came out with such an ideal line. Before surgery, because my chin was long and my face was long and flat without much definition, I kind of looked like a masculine face? and when I was not speaking, people often asked if I was angry, but now they say I just look round and cute and that my expression became kinder. It is so surreal and funny lol I really, really, really think I made the right choice by doing it here!
