Double-Jaw Surgery Reviews

5-Month Orthognathic Surgery Review

It has now been over 5 months since I had orthognathic surgery and contouring surgery 3 [High-3D zygoma + bespoke V line], and honestly, there is not a single thing that is uncomfortable. Maybe because my skin elasticity is better than expected, the line feels like it has settled nicely against the bone, and even when I touch it, there is no strange sensation. However... maybe the only problem is that I have become too comfortable and have been eating well lately. Haha. (That is not a surgery issue, but my appetite issue.) I have always been good about taking supplements, but after surgery I have been paying even more attention to them. Especially calcium. The biggest change is that even without anyone saying anything, everyone has one complex that only they can see. Mine was my chin. When taking photos, I would worry about angles, and when I was bare-faced it seemed to stand out even more for no reason, and every time I looked in the mirror it felt subtly annoying. But once that part was fixed, strangely, my self-esteem felt fixed along with it. I like my bare face more, I do not obsess over photo angles anymore, and the time I used to spend worrying about my jawline is gone. People around me say I look prettier, but the change that matters more is not that others notice it, but that I care about it less myself. I am very satisfied with that part!
